Darrell Johnson

 

Darrell Johnson played high school basketball at Carlyle High School in Carlyle, IL. As a senior in 2006, he helped lead the Carlyle Indians to the Illinois State Tournament for only the second time in school history. After playing one season at McKendree University, Darrell transferred to Hannibal-LaGrange University where he finished his college career and graduated in 2010. 


Darrell spent five seasons as the Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Canton High School in Canton, MO. In those five seasons, the Tigers accumulated a record of 119-24 and won 10 consecutive regular season tournaments. They also won four District Championships, advanced to the Elite-Eight in 2013, and advanced to the Final Four in back-to-back seasons, finishing third in 2014 and fourth in 2015. He also spent four seasons as the Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Troy Buchanan High School in Troy, MO. In those four seasons, the Torjans accumulated a record of 53-54.

Darrell truly cares about his players and clients and he wants to see them succeed, not only on the basketball court, but in life. He has experience training all ages, genders, and skill levels. His clients include High School All-Staters, College All-Americans, as well as overseas professionals. He also conducts Cross Over Hoops Camps throughout the Mid-West.

Jason Durst

 

 

Jason Durst played high school basketball at Canton High School in Canton, MO before continuing his career at Culver Stockton College where he graduated in 1999.


Jason has been the Head Men's Basketball Coach at Hannibal-LaGrange University in Hannibal, MO for fourteen seasons. In those fourteen seasons, he has developed several AMC All-Conference players as well as two NAIA All-Americans.
 

Jason also has experience coaching at the high school and middle school levels before moving up to the college ranks.

Jason has a great deal of knowledge and experience that is an extremely valuable asset to his clients. His goal is to help players become successful in every aspect of their lives, not just basketball. Jason is available for individual and group sessions in the Tri-State Area and will also conduct Cross Over Hoops Camps throughout the Mid-West.

Ashton Jaco

 

 

Ashton played high school basketball at Highland High School in Ewing, MO where she was All-State & Clarence Cannon Conference Player of the Year.

She continued her career at Division 1 Southeast Missouri in Cape Girardeau where she had a great career and finished her senior season second on the team in scoring at 12 points per game and received the Leadership Award.

She spent one season as the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at John Wood Community College in Quincy, IL. She's currently the Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Highland High School in Lewistown, MO. 
 

Ashton has a great deal of knowledge and experience that she's excited to share! Her goal is to impact people and share the Gospel through the game of basketball! Ashton is available for individual and group sessions in the Tri-State area and also conducts Cross Over Hoops Camps throughout the Mid-West.

Jonny Dahl

 

 

Jonny Dahl played high school basketball at Keokuk High School in Keokuk, IA where he holds the scoring record with 1,341 career points and the assist record with 513 career assists. He was named All-Conference all three years and was named Conference MVP and All-State as a senior.

He continued his career at Division 1 Stephen F. Austin in Nocogdoches, TX where he received a medical redshirt due to a shoulder injury. He then transferred to Division 2 Northern State in Aberdeen, SD. He then transferred to John Wood Community College in Quincy, IL. Although he still had eligibility to play college basketball, he knew the Lord was calling him to step away from the game to pursue full time ministry.

He is currently the Kids Elementary Director at The Crossing Church in Quincy, IL. 

Jonny has a unique story that has allowed him to play for some of the top coaches in the country. At Stephen F. Austin he played for Brad Underwood, who is now the Head Coach at Illinois. He also played under Mike Boynton, who is now the Head Coach at Oklahoma State, Stephen Gentry, who is now the Assistant Coach at Gonzaga, and Sundance Wicks, who is now the Head Coach at Missouri Western. He has a passion to share the knowledge that he picked up from these amazing coaches and wants to pass it on the the next generation of players. Jonny is available for individual and group sessions in the Tri-State Area and will also conduct Cross Over Hoops Camps throughout the Mid-West.

Sarah Cline

Sarah Cline played high school basketball at North County Christian High School in St. Louis, MO where she holds the scoring record with 1,455 career points. Sarah was named First Team All-Conference all four years and First Team All-State as a junior and senior.

 

She continued her career at Hannibal-LaGrange University where she graduated in 2017. She was named All-Conference as a senior after averaging 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists. She finished 5th all-time in scoring at HLGU with 1,237 career points.

 

Sarah recently received her Master's in Social Work from UMSL.
 

Sarah trained with Darrell Johnson and Cross Over Hoops throughout her college career and improved dramatically. She now wants to do the same for other players by helping them improve, both on and off the court. Sarah specializes in youth camps for players in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade and is also available for individual and group sessions in the St. Louis area.
